Restoration Oaks Retreats offers two beautiful farm stay guest houses, the Ranch House and the Cottage. A short walking distance from one another, they can be reserved separatedly or together for groups up to 24.

The Ranch House

The Ranch House has three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. The four Ranch House bedrooms will sleep up to fifteen in 3 queens and 10 twin/bunks.

Off the main patio area is a large cabin-like room that was originally a cattleman's cookhouse back when the ranch employed cowboys. We now use the Cookhouse as a presentation/lounge/game room. Great for corporate or family presentations and a casual place to hang out, read, relax and play games.

Outside, there is a courtyard area and patio with a gas barbeque, fire pit, chairs and picnic tables. The layout of our guest house and grounds is perfect for family or corporate gatherings, weddings and events.

The Cottage

The Cottage is a newly decorated farm house with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and an extra shower in the mud room. With 6 beds in 3 bedrooms, the cottage sleeps up to 8 guests. The family room has a big screen Smart TV. The kitchen/dining room area is light and spacious and opens up into the large living room.

There is a large back patio area facing what used to be a barnyard animal corral with picnic tables and a gas bar-b-que, perfect for relaxing while watching the grazing cattle meander by at the end of the day. 

WiFi and Pets

High speed WiFi Internet is available at the Ranch House or the Cottage for $50/night. Up to two dogs are welcome at either house. The Ranch House pet fee is $250 and the Cottage pet fee is $100.
